We were curious about what successful people do in their morning routines that could help contribute to their success. We wanted to know: Is there a correlation between strong morning routine game and success? We asked YOR Health Co-founder, Dennis Wong, what his morning routine consists of, and here’s what we found!
Early to Rise. Dennis begins his morning by waking up at 6:00 AM sharp to ensure he has enough time to make it through his morning routine without rushing or having to cut corners.
Healthy Breakfast. A nutritious breakfast provides the fuel you need to take on the day. Low blood sugar = no bueno!
