Working Live Bare Amber Into Your Routine
The ‘Order of Operations’ of Skincare
You may have heard of the ‘Order of Operations’ in math class back in elementary school. The ‘Order of Operations’ is a collection of rules that reflect conventions about which procedures to perform first in order to evaluate a given mathematical expression.
Although we aren’t doing math here, the same rule applies in a proper skincare routine. The order in which you apply your skincare products is extremely important when it comes to maximizing your skin health and making the most of your products. Live Bare Amber is no exception. Below we’ve provided a few tips for how to achieve the best results when using Live Bare Amber.
Why to Apply
For some, the idea of putting an oily serum on their already-oily-skin is ridiculous. However, the state of our skin is often indicative of our skin’s health, and what your body is saying it needs or doesn’t need. For example, if you have oily skin, this is usually your body’s way of saying your skin doesn’t have enough oil/moisture so it makes an overproduction of it.
It’s very important to balance the oils on your face so your skin isn’t too dry or too oily. If your skin is very oily, Live Bare Amber is a MUST! Amber can help regulate oil production and provide adequate hydration, which, as a result, will control the oiliness. Plus, the appeal of softer, brighter, smoother, more radiant skin is hard to ignore. Who wouldn’t want the most beautiful complexion possible?!
When to Apply
You can (should) apply Live Bare Amber evenly to face both morning and night. Live Bare Amber should also be applied after cleansing and/or toning and before your moisturizer and/or sunscreen.
How to Apply
- While skin is still dewy from cleansing, place 6-8 drops of serum into the palm of your hand.
- Work the serum into both palms until the consistency thins.
- Gently pat serum into skin, applying evenly to entire face, neck, and décolleté (patting, opposed to rubbing ensures the serum absorbs into the skin).
Live Bare Amber is for topical use only.
Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
